everything works ok, you don't have the library added. Follow the instructions in your library, for example: ''eastWest PLAY Libraries Release You need R2R PLAY release to use the library. Copy "Previews", "ProductChunks", "products" folders to "%PROGRAMDATA%\East West\". Copy library to HDD. Run R2R PLAY app, go to Browser tab. Right-click in an empty space in the left column of the Browser tab, and choose "Add Another Product Library" from the pop-up window. Locate the "Instruments" folder of the library. Enjoy!
