I get the instrument missing error

People are saying go to launch library tool but i only get launch native acces. what am i doing wrong?

everything is allright but heyscape et sonic extension are now unauthorized et desactivated.
I tryed to reinstall but it doesnt work anymore even after reinstall the last update. Everything was ok with omnisphere 2.
By the way omnisphere 3 is okay, so thank you !
