We do not provide remote desktop support, one-on-one installation services, software configuration, advanced troubleshooting, operating system repair, DAW configuration, plugin scanning, plugin activation, or troubleshooting for third-party software and hardware.

Due to the large number of software titles and system configurations, we cannot provide personalized technical support for every installation issue.

Usually within 1–5 minutes after successful payment.

💳 Why is my payment still pending?

Some payments require additional verification from PayPal, your bank, or the payment provider. This process may take several hours depending on the payment method used.

⚠ I was charged but premium is not active yet

If your Premium Membership has not been activated within 15 minutes after a successful payment, please contact our support team with your transaction ID and account email/username. We will verify your payment and activate your membership manually if necessary.

🔄 Do I need to cancel anything after 30 days?

No. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals. Your Premium Membership simply expires after 30 days. If you wish to continue using Premium features, you can renew manually at any time.

🌍 What currency do you support?

Prices are displayed in USD and may be converted to your local currency by your payment provider or bank during checkout.

Not necessarily. Software compatibility depends on your operating system, hardware, software version, DAW, plugins, and system configuration. Please review the requirements and compatibility information on each download page before downloading.

❓ Do you provide installation support?

We can help with download-related issues, broken links, and Premium Membership questions. However, we do not provide one-on-one installation services, remote desktop sessions, or advanced troubleshooting for software, DAWs, plugins, operating systems, or hardware.

📩 Support Response Policy

We strive to respond to support requests as quickly as possible. However, response times may vary depending on support volume. Multiple messages, repeated requests, or duplicate inquiries will not accelerate response times. Please allow reasonable time for our team to review and respond to your request.

💰 Not satisfied? Request a refund

If Premium Membership does not meet your expectations, please contact us at refund@4download.net. Refund requests submitted within 24 hours of registration receive priority review and are typically processed much faster. We would rather issue a refund than leave you dissatisfied with your purchase.
