Workaround!
For locate Ample Bass sound libraries you must do this for all libraries (ABY, ABA, ABU...):

Open Application/Ample Sound/ABA/Config/com.amplesound.ABA.inst.plist

and write correct path to line <strings>NOT FOUND</strings> like in this example:

Using AS Self-Activator v3 but WITHOUT run any apps (standalone or Logic Pro or so), will activate Ample Bass Acoustic and Ample Bass Yinyang. ABY sound works, but ABA says Loading samples failed. Plugin will not make sound...
