2. Run the app then close it after the login prompt

3. drag the file called "AdobePIM.dll" into C>Program Files > Adobe > Adobe Media Encoder 2025

Easy install and works great on macbook running macOS Monterey. There were no legacy presets from earlier versions but you can copy paste these across between T-Racks folders in your documents. Copy/paste, worked great for me
