Follow the "install.txt".

Use "License.lic"  from Crack folder instead of "lic.dat" when following the instructions.

use the "License.lic" file  from the Crack folder instead of "lic.dat".

Change the 1st line:
SERVER LOCALHOST MAC

to
SERVER DESKTOP-V****** XXcXxXXXXXXX XXXXX

LOCALHOST and MAC(ethernet) can be got from LMTOOLS.

This worked for me. Hope it helps
