Follow these instructions, it's working !!!
Presonus Studio One 7 MacOS

1. Drag Studio One 7.app to the Applications folder
1. Block internet access in the host files:
sudo nano /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 registration.presonus.com
127.0.0.1 api.presonus.com
3. Paste on terminal and press enter:
sudo xattr -d -r com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Studio\ One\ 7.app
4. Open Studio One 7 and select Activate Offline
5. Copy the Activation Code
6. Open StudioOne_Keygen.exe (Windows or Crossover)
7. Fill in the requested data and paste the Machine ID
8. Generate the license file and save it in a folder (it will generate many license files)
9. Activate Studio One 7 with the generated license file studioapp7.pro.license

9. Done.
