Hi @Dad, I am sorry to hear that and I have mentioned my solution is for Win 10; but should work on Win 11.

Lets address the "I can't locate the offline key.

Step 1:
Uninstall all previous versions of Presonus S1 and FSP8, manually go to C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\Roaming and C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\Local and delete both "Fender and Presonus folders" (Your User Name = is what appears on your PC when you open Local Disk (C:) and navigate to Users - there will be 3 folders namely default, public and your user name.). The quickest way to open these folders is to "Press and Hold Win Button + R" a pop up will appear and copy and paste the above directory locations in the pop up as is and press enter(remember to replace "your user name" with what appears in your PC when you open C:\Users), this will open the exact locations(I haven't used Win 11, I am not sure if this still works; but has worked in older versions .). Also do the same here: C:\ProgramData and delete the above mentioned folders.

Step 2:
Press and hold Win key/button + R(that's if you closed it already) and type "regedit" without the inverted commas and hit Enter. It will pop-up the admin rights request, click yes.

Now do the following on the following headings on the left:
a. Locate "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" and click the small arrow on the left, locate "SOFTWARE" and navigate to "Fender" folder and delete it(do the same for the Presonus Folder under the same SOFTWARE folder. Scroll up and click the small arrow on "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" to collapse it(close).
b. Repeat the steps in "a." bust on the following 2 Headings 1. "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" and 2. "HKEY_USERS."

Once this is done, restart your PC.

Now lets Install FSP8 (please follow these steps to the letter.):

Step 1: Deactivate your Anti-Virus/Windows Defender(till you switch it on)

Step 2: Extract the FSP8 folder to your desktop, do the same for the Sphere 3.0.(please make sure you are using sphere 3.0 and not 2.0).
Install FSP8(don't open it after installation).
Install Sphere 3.0.

Step 3: Run/Launch Sphere 3.0 and it will open commands folder(can be founder here: C:\Program Files\TEAM R2R\Sphere Manager\commands).
Double-Click (depending on how you have set up your cursor-some is single click) on Install Magic.cmd - Studio Pro 8 and click Yes.
Double-Click(or single-click depending on your cursor settings) on Subscription - Renew.cmd and click yes.

NB: Make sure you don't right-click to open as administrator. just double-click these two commands.

Step 4: Now launch FSP8, it will show a login pop-up with either failed registration/activation and asking you to login. Don't login, close this pop-up. Another Pop-up will come up telling you to use the internet to activate FSP8 or Offline Activation; choose Offline Activation and on the next screen you should find the "Computer/Machine ID/Key"(if it is not there, that means it is on the next screen; you should click "continue or activate". I can't remember the exact process. ). This is how you find the computerkey. Close that window too and it will also close FSP8.

Step 5: Open regedit (by now you should be familiar with the Win Key + R method). Once the registry is open navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\TEAM R2R\Sphere Manager" (Maybe the challege of not finding the "computerkey" and "computerkeys" is how to locate the above mentioned)

Here's how to do it:

a. On the Registry navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" and click the small arrow facing right (once opened it will face down and will be the same for any folder you open on the registry pop-up); then navigate to "SOFTWARE" and click the arrow.
b. Scroll down/Navigate to TEAM R2R Folder and click the arrow; it should show a sub-folder labeled "Sphere Manager."
c. Single-click on this "Sphere Manager" subfolder and then look on the right side of it (middle of the screen or center margins of the regedit pop-up), there you will find both "computerkey" and computerkeys".
d. Now to update or replace them with the FSP8 offline Computer Key/Machine ID; just double-click on computerkey and press "ctrl + v" or right-click and select paste(in my case by just double clicking it, it auto-updated the computerkey to the one copied from FSP8 Offline Activation). Repeat the above for "computerkeys;" I found this computerkeys in particular to have two different keys separated by a semi-colon (;) and I don't know the reason. Maybe Sphere Manager tried to merge my S1 v7.2.3 Sphere Mananger 2.0.0. key with Sphere Manager 3.0.0. from FSP 8.0.1 (that's the only logical explanation why I have both "Computerkey" and "Computerkeys" with the "s" alluding to the plural meaning of more than one key licenses. Once this is done, you can close regedit.

Step 6: Run/launch Sphere Manager's commands i.e. "Install Magic – Studio Pro 8.cmd" and "Subscription – Renew.cmd." again.

Step 7: Launch FSP8 and it should work; at least it works for me. FSP8 is acronyms for Fender Studio Pro 8.

I hope this is helpful and this will be the last solution I provide here.

Disclaimer: I use a 64 Bit Windows 10, Version 22H22, OS Build 19045. Notably, I am using a very old PC, Intel i7-2600K(the OC capable, but in standard mode), a revised H61/B75 TBIT Motherboard with Unified Extensible Firmware Interface(UEFI) BIOS, 16GB RAM, MSI AMD RX 570 X 4G GPU. Maybe, some of you are experiencing issues because your PC Specs may be incapable to run FSP 8(I am not sure what is the recommended Specs); but I find that to be unlikely as my PC is a 2nd Gen. What my research found is, that a 7th Gen i5 can't outperform a 2nd Gen i7; because an i7 is still an i7 regardless of Gen as it will always have more cores and threads than i5.

Ur defender might block it.

The installation is broken. Who ever released this has to fix it then release a new version.
