The installation program stucks on 5% and gives Error Code: 176. Any fix?

I was unsuccessful; I managed to install it, and I also needed to install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2022 (x64), but when I open the program, it opens and closes quickly; it doesn't work. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
