After following the step, restart Kontakt and it should work.

Follow the step :
Go on OPTION - LIBRAIRIES - LAUNCH LIBRARY TOOL - ADD LIBRARY then select the unzipped Noire folder. It should work after you restart Kontakt

First of all unzip the rar file (the password is "www.4download.net"). After that in Kontakt 8, go on top FILE - OPTION - LIBRAIRIES - LAUNCH LIBRARY TOOL - ADD LIBRARY then select the unzipped Noire folder (documentation, instruments, samples,...). If you add directly the library not following this step it won't work (error, no sound, demo). I recommand it because it works for me.
If there's no LAUNCH LIBRART TOOL maybe it's the Kontakt version, I use the 8.1.0 version.
