Installation is very easy, but it can only be used online; if offline, it will ask to connect to iLook.
So, after I checked, the account was valid for one month. I don't know if it can be renewed for free.

Workaround: I had to use a VST wrapper (Waves Studio or BlueCat) and use the VST3 version because the AU version keeps crashing validation.
Also it's not really worth the hassle, I'm going to wait for at least version 1 of the plugin to come out.
