Reply for myself:

Right click on install package -> show package content -> contents -> MacOs -> double click on this install.

If the installation process goes wrong at the end due to some "can't move files' error -> Reboot your mac in recovery mode (turn off and cmd + r) open the terminal type "csrutil disable" and press enter. Reboot your mac normally and the installation should succed. ( don't forget to restore the System integrity protection at the end, same procedure switching to "csrutil enable" )
