To all those struggling with the "EuCfg.bin" error while trying to activate, change the folder path,
from
C:\Program Files\EaseUS\EaseUS Partition Master\bin
to
C:\Program Files\EaseUS\EaseUS Partition Master

This one small error in the text file cost me several hours, but all's well that ends well.
