Can't download the program, link has a problem.

hey guys the vst works fine but every time i open it shows the tutorial.i found the file "dont show welcome tutorial" but seems it doesn't work.The file is placed in "Documents/Rc-20 Retrocolor/0100/settings" I need to place it in a specific folder to make it work properly?
