Copy the library contents to:
- default content location is /Library/Audio/Presets/reFX/NEXUS library
- place the content in this directory or place a symbolic link from the current library
location there or edit to the path in the
/users/shared/reFX/nexus/settings.json file
At my installation there was no file so I recreated one.
create a settings.json file with this contents:

In this file you set the correct folder paths.
Save it and restart your DAW and reload the instrument track
And there you have the factory library !!!
Costed me an hour so figure it out.
