if your RC RETRO is crashing just do these steps

go here

C:\ProgramData\XLN Audio\RC-20 Retro Color\App

go to the app folder and move the sound data file and move it to

C:\ProgramData\XLN Audio\RC-20 Retro Color

and it will work
