For all people stuck at step 4 the localhost is missing in the file its like having an adress but only the number without the street lol so it should look like this:

SERVER "your hostname" "Ethernet"
USE_SERVER localhost port=2080
VENDOR adskflex

for me its looks like this:

SERVER DESKTOP-3214312 d8434234we
USE_SERVER localhost port=2080
VENDOR adskflex

(took me 6 hours to figure out...)
