    So for anyone who is having a hard time getting it to work (standalone or in your DAW), this is what I did.

    1. Installed omnisphere on my external hard drive (D/) . Make sure you choose VST2 and VST3. 

    2. When it asks you where would you like to install, put it on your external hard drive.

    3. It will begin to install some files on your C:/ drive and also to your D/ drive.

    4. Open the standalone app on your desktop and just ok all the prompts about STEAM and everything.

    5. Install libraries 1-6 to your download folder on your PC (I tried to do it to the D:/ drive and it would say its corrupt for some reason).

    6. Copy the files in the STEAM folder from part 1 of the libraries to the STEAM folder on your D drive

    7. It will then extract all the files from part 1-6 by itself (took about 45mins).

    8. I opened the standalone app again and linked the STEAM folder on my D:/ drive and the libraries was all there.

    9. Went into my DAW (FL STUDIO), added the plugin, opened omnisphere from FL STUDIO and worked just like the standalone.

    10. Deleted the rar files from my download folder on my PC and that was it.



    I tried a lot of the steps in the comments and what I could find on the internet and this what did it for me after like 6 attempts lol.

        So download the library to your downlaod folder on your PC. Once you do that, you can create a STEAM folder on your external hard drive unless it makes one for you after you open the standalone app. Extract the files from the first part of the library on your PC to the external drive and the rest will follow.

    Well for those ppl , whose stuck on a point where you are not able to make the libraby folder NOT read only , yep just quit , there is ntg u can do

      UMM.. GO TO YOUR LIBRARY FILE >PROPERTIES >UN-CHECK READONLY BOX AT THE BOTTOM

    Fiz da seguinte maneira 

    1 passo> extrair a pasta 1 automaticamente extraiu tudo e é gerado a pasta STEAM 

    2 passos de instalação do Omnisphere 3

    3 passos copia a massa STEAM 

    4 passo> vai até a pasta ProgramData ( tem que marcar a opção ver itens ocultos) e localiza a pasta Spectrasonics e cola a pasta STEAM

    1. Hagan una instalación limpia de Omnisphere 3 (usen el instalador que viene en el sitio) 

    2. NO ABRAN EL PROGRAMA!!!

    3. Usando clic derecho sobre el acceso directo de Omnisphere (en el escritorio) abran la carpeta de origen (Spectrasonics) y copien integra la carpeta STEAM. (Todo el programa y sus componentes quedan aquí, es decir en el disco C)

    4. Abran Omnisphere. Listo!
