First of all, sorry for the delayed reply and thank you for your patience.

Please make sure you are using the latest Kontakt version available on our website and follow these installation steps carefully:

➤ Install Kontakt 8.10.2.

➤ Run "Kontakt 8.10.2 Full Options Patcher.exe" after installation to activate Kontakt and its libraries.

➤ The release is preconfigured for drive C:
C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Kontakt 8

➤ If you installed Kontakt in a different location, update the registry path:

KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\ALSupport8\shell\open\command

Value:
"C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Kontakt 8\Kontakt_Button.exe" "%1"

(Adjust the path if Kontakt is installed elsewhere.)

➤ During installation, you may be asked to overwrite NativeAccess.xml.
• Choose Yes if your file is older.
• Choose No if you already have a newer version.

You can also download the latest NativeAccess.xml from:
https://api.native-instruments.com/static/phints

➤ The Extra folder contains:
• Creator Tools
• inNKX Total Commander Plugin Installer

For the plugin:
• Extract the .7z archive.
• Install the plugin into a permanent folder on your PC.
• When prompted to associate NKR, NKS, NKX, and NICNT files, select Yes for all.

➤ If Albion ONE is still loading in DEMO mode, please send:
• A screenshot of the DEMO message
• Your Windows version
• Confirmation that "Kontakt 8.10.2 Full Options Patcher.exe" was executed successfully
