You need to place the extracted folder in the same folder as the bright, main and tight rooms.
It is typically C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Toontrack or C:\Program Files\Common Files\Toontrack. You can see exact path in settings...libraries/paths in the plugin.
When you have extracted folders to correct path, restart the plugin (you may also need to restart your DAW).
The expansion will then appear in dropdown menu under the default rooms.

Make sure you paste in the folder containing graphics and sounds folders and not the folder containing that folder (if you choose to extract to new folder).
