Use Windows to Open the Keygen and from the drop down choose Bluecap Patchwork Version 2 and then generate and input the serial on your Mac machine, username shall be "TEAM R2R"-this is constant. You cannot open the keygen on Mac, neither is a Mac version of the keygen available.

Forgive me, I believe I installed this plugin on a computer that is offline so I believe you would also have to follow the same steps with your internet connection off. Then block the program from your firewall so it can't connect to the internet. I don't know the specifics of how to do this yet but I will update this reply thread when I find out.
