Just completed installation, followed all instructions as is, got message "FL Studio 20 is damaged and can’t be opened” on macOS", Ran Terminal as said in the comments. 

- Fix: “FL Studio 20 is damaged and can’t be opened” on macOS

Open Terminal

Run:

sudo xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/FL Studio 20.app"


Enter your password when asked

Open FL Studio again -

Installation was a success. FL Studio runs perfectly on macOS Big Sur.

says not activated and only gives me like 15 minutes then shuts off

2. Unpack Omnisphere v3 Core Library [STEAM] somewhere on your pc. 

**when you extract the first file put the rest of the other 5 extracted files in it 

so all in one folder**

(if any issues with extracting  files just say YES TO ALL)

3. run omnisphere 3 standalone from desktop shortcut 

4.it will ask to find steam folder (go to wherever you you installed  Omnisphere v3 Core Library [STEAM])

it should say link successful 

5.run omnisphere 3 on daw.

When you open the DMG you have 3 files. The installer that you run first, the VR.nfo it's just an info file and the Serum patch that you install after and possible you need to allow on settings (privacy and security). Make all of this with WIFI off.

salut! je vais t'aider ca m'as fait la même chose, en gros quand tu l'installes il faut qu'après tu ouvres serum, il te sera mentionner d'autoriser parce que c'est pas un truc reconnus je crois, tu vas dans tes paramètres de confidentialité et sécurité, tu descends et tu mets : accepter quand meme tu mets ton mot de passe et normalement ca t'ouvres le truc de serum ca fait une sorte de verification d'installation jsp exactement mais quand c'est terminé tu peux ouvrir par exemple fl studio si tu utilises fl, tu ouvres le channel rack et tu cliques sur "more pluggins"ntu descends normalement c'est bon tu l'ajoutes et tu peux l'utilisé !
