I had the same problem how to install i's library but I found the solution after two hours try. After extraction rar file simply install the WIN_Avenger. When installation is complete open any daw like studio one, pro tools or cubase ets.and then open it in your daw, at the same time it will asks you to register, so choose offline register then select the folder location in there and locate it to the "OFFLINE REGISTRATION" folder and then select "AVGR" file that you have already downloaded, it will be registered successfully and ask you to reopen it in daw. when you reopen it will inform you to missing library and to add options so just drag and drop the " VPS_Avenger_Factory_Content" or choose select content option and locate your library file that you have already downloaded it will ask where to install or you can leave its own default location and click next within few time it will successfully install the library and you can enjoy to use it...
