      We have already checked the package. Please read the included R2R.txt file carefully before proceeding.
      
      The R2R folder is intentionally provided in the release package, and the R2R.txt file explains how the installation works, including any platform-specific instructions. Please follow those instructions exactly.
      
      If you still believe the package contains the wrong files after following the guide, please let us know which software/version you downloaded and provide a screenshot of the package contents (especially the R2R folder). We'll be happy to check it again.
