    So when you download and install the app do not open it. Next you are going to go to hit Windows Button+R simultaneously and copy and past this in C:PROGRAMDATA/ABLETON/Live 12 Suite/Program/

    After you copy and paste it open the AUDIOWAREZ folder, unzip the rar, open the new AUDIOWAREZ folder and then you will see the KEYGEN and THE PATCHER. At this point you are going to want to grab the Ableton Live 12 Suite.exe file and DRAG IT ON TOP OF THE PATCHER. This will trigger the patcher to fully open and successfully patch the app. After this you are done with patcher and then you are going to want to open the regular Ableton Live 12 Suite app sitting on the desktop and then HIT OFFLINE. There will be a long serial number for example 0000-0000-0000-0000-0000, write it down, close out Ableton, and then open the KEYGEN up and enter it in the exact format it was shown in Ableton before you closed it. Choose the correct version of Ableton you are using and then it will create an authorization file inside the AUDIOWAREZ folder. Take that file first back to C:PROGRAMDATA/ABLETON/Live 12 Suite/Program/ and then reopen Ableton on the desktop. The same message to get authorized or what not will indeed pop up. All you have to do is drag the auth file you created into the running Ableton app and it will say "successfully authorized, have fun". If you need further assistance you can discord djkokumo and I will redo the app and walk you through the way i did it.

    After download the files

    1- disable windows anti virus
    2- extract the files with Rar Password: www.4download.net
    3-install the ableton 12 , if you have other version , it will uninstall the old one and install this new version.
    4-ok after installed the ableton 12 , this version , don´t open it

    Goto : C:PROGRAMDATA/ABLETON/Live 12 Suite/Program/

    drag the Ableton Live 12 Suite application into the ABLETON PATCHER ( unzip or unrar the zipped file AUDIOWAREZ first)

    all ok

    worked for me as i already got ableton 12 instaled before this version

    5- able windows antivirus again

    There is for 12.3.6 and 123.4 Beta...but not 12.3.7
