If using M1 or Higher i fixed this by opening Logic with Rosetta (right click logic, Get info, Open with Rosetta)

two finger click on the patcher and then click show package content, then click content and macOS after open terminal and type sudo and leave a space after. Drag one osx file hit enter and it will ask you to type in your password. Repeat the sudo command for the next osx and the patch.
