Someone sent me an email with a screenshot and I noticed s/he was looking for the computerkeys in the wrong folder. It's either most of those have the same missing computerkeys are repeating the same mistake. You wont find the computer keys in the TEAM R2R \Sphere Manager folder under the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" folder as that is the incorrect folder.

Please navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" folder and under "SOFTWARES" locate the TEAM R2R folder and click "Sphere Manager." On the right side of the Scroller Bar separator/border you should see the keys under name.
