maybe is a little bit tedious, but you can save and open projects if you use it without internet, try to install it with any kind of connection to the internet as well. if you try to open the patched fl and is corrupted, you have to have to "sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Applications/FL\ Studio\ 20.app" hope this works!
