This is almost definitely a backdoor/trojan.
I have no idea why someone else said this wasnt a virus. It tries to hide multiple files in google updater and checks registry keys to see your current settings for viewing hidden files and to see how much control it can get. It touchs multiple files and folders that have nothing to do with process lasso or any kind of anti-piracy bypass and have been used for backdoor attacks in the past.
