HY-Plugins, a developer from Japan released in the past very creative and affordable plugins. Initially released only as Max for Live devices, he launched many of his ideas recently in the form of PC & Mac plugins. Today, he released HY-Filter 3 , an updated version of it’s excellent filter effect plugin. It features a new redesigned interfaces and various good new features.
