because the omni 3 library  pt 1-6

think of it as 3 are omni 2 packs & 3 are omni3 packs .. right 

so if you boot up omni3 **WITHOUT omni 2 installed  your gonna get

What is the password? 

So download the library to your downlaod folder on your PC. Once you do that, you can create a STEAM folder on your external hard drive unless it makes one for you after you open the standalone app. Extract the files from the first part of the library on your PC to the external drive and the rest will follow.

UPDATE: 

I've reinstalled Omnisphere and the standalone version now works. But when I open Omnisphere within my DAW, it gives the following messages: 

“An installed factory patch library requires a newer version of omnisphere. Visit the spectrasonics website to check for upadates.”

and also:

“Cannot read data. Upgrade your spectrasonics software to newst version tu use this data.”

Can anyone help me to fix this, please?

1.Install omnisphere 3  (DON'T OPEN YET)

2. Unpack Omnisphere v3 Core Library [STEAM] somewhere on your pc. 

**when you extract the first file put the rest of the other 5 extracted files in it 

so all in one folder**

(if any issues with extracting  files just say YES TO ALL)

3. run omnisphere 3 standalone from desktop shortcut 

4.it will ask to find steam folder (go to wherever you you installed  Omnisphere v3 Core Library [STEAM])

it should say link successful 

5.run omnisphere 3 on daw.

Yes, I had the V2 and installed v3 over it.  Thereafter  just replace new STEM into the old STEM and it worked for me.  Keyscape and Trillian don't work in Omnisphere but works if they opened on their own which fine for me.
