SOLUTION TO STEP 4 NOT WORKING

You need to open fl studio using rosetta,

Step 4 won't work think of this like step 3.5:

Open the Finder to Macintosh HD > Applications and Right-click FL Studio.
Click 'Get Info' on the pop-up.
Check the box, 'Open using Rosetta' to run the Intel version of FL Studio

After this it should open up and error message won't show
