It worked for me. I disconnected Internet and used all the cracking stuff and it worked fine. You just use the serial in the readme both times it asks for a number when installing, install the two program patches, copy the "medicine" file into the bin64 folder, run the hosts file URL addition batch file as administrator and run the reg file script. If you do all that it will work.
