same with me download the v.r. version and use their patch it worked for me like this

when i installed this the plugins were still in demo mode.  i had to use V.R. patch and it worked..... i tried to use V.R. install first but it kept failing on waves central. so i came to RAR  and how they install the files is different and dont seem to fail like waves central V.R. way does...

so in summery use RAR install but use V.R. patch

the standalone app can't be open, and my daw can't read the plugin

Thanks for the Feedback Oghenejega. However, for some reasons. The Wave Ultimate 2025 is now refusing to install. It says error. 
I already cleaned up on all waves file on my mac

Hi Victor, First I need you to uninstall everything from waves central and clear cache. Also us "cmd+space" to search for everything waves and delete them. Once your m1 is clear of everything waves including waves central then start this. 
"Please turn off the internet on your computer"
1. Install waves central from the 1-Installer 
2. Open 2-Patch install (waves patcher v15.9 & Waves ultimate 2025.3 only) your m1 is apple silicon so you have no business with intel.
3. Open waves central, go to offline installer and install the plugins you need immediately because trying to install all 304 plugins kept failing so install small small.
4. Press "cmd+space" and type waves au reg utility 17 and load it.
5. Open your daw and you should be good.
I'll be waiting for feedback.

I just got this to work on mac pure head ache smh so after you install the pachter go to your finder and copy and paste this Macintosh HD / Users / YourName / Library / Application Support / Spectrasonics / STEAM once you click on that replace the stem folder with the one you just downloaded them reset boom! if this works let me know buy me a coffee or something lol im working on waves 17 now

the process you guys disclosed works for all plugins except for PRO-C 3... Neither the pro c 1 or 2 licenses work for the 3 version. So downloading the 2024 zip for the key.txt works, but not for PRO C-3 just putting it out there so you are guys are aware, also thank you very much. 

The library is encluded in the package as far as I know, you just have to transfer it anywhere you like and copy the library locator to where you put the library. It worked for me.

After installing, go to fix folder, press " DVREMU2 - Install Emulator", then press "DVREMU2 - Renew Emulator License". Then when you open Davinci it should all be working

dont download it when davinci tells you to when you open it, download it from here for version 21

It asks for authorization, the key generator isn't there and it just keeps downloading at 100%.

If you have version 2.0.23 already and are running into the authorization problem, try this:

remove the vst3 from "C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Serum2.vst3"

delete the Xfer folder from C:\Users\Your username\AppData\Roaming

THEN run the 2.1.2 update.

I just downloaded the update file, used winrar to extract, then opened the file with the xfer logo.

I tried to do it your way & when I went to open the file on windows computer it immediately said it has a virus & deleted the file from the flash drive

so I went back & transferred the keygen to the flash drive again & went to open it on windows computer & its not even showing the flash drive after I plug it in
