Yes, it works with the genuine version of FL Studio.

Just copy the folders from this RAR archive to:

C:\Program Files\Image-Line\FL Studio 20xx\Data\Patches\Packs\FLEX

After that, open FLEX in FL Studio and the presets should appear automatically.
