First, go to the AU and VST3 folders and copy the Antares folder to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components (for AU) and /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3 (for VST3).
Type each command line by hand in the terminal. When you type "sudo xattr -cr" (with a space), you must drag the Antares folder (which you previously copied to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3 or /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components) so that it is selected from the folder in the terminal.
Something like this should appear, with the code handwritten and dragging the folder from AU or VST3:
sudo xattr -cr /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/Antares
Do exactly the same with the other codes, write them by hand and drag the Antares folder from AU and VST3.

In my case, the first code asked me for my Mac password. The second code didn't appear or ask for anything. The third one showed this message:
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/Antares: bundle format unrecognized, invalid, or unsuitable
Then I opened my DAW of choice and ran the VST without any problems.

This worked for me, at least in VST3, so I assume it should work in AU as well.

DO NOT COPY ANY CODE FROM SOME INSTRUCTIONS, AS THE SYSTEM DOES NOT CONSIDER ROOT LOCATIONS THAT WAY. ALWAYS WRITE THEM BY HAND AND DRAG ANY LOCATION THEY INDICATE.
