Ok - eventually got this to work. I had to grant permissions for user admin folder, disable all windows securities and the install as administrator. All of the voicebanks worked correctly BUT the VST does not work inside of Cubase and goes in to the blocked list. It does work standalone which is useful but would prefer it to work in the DAW if possible.
