Tentei de várias formas, instalação direta pelo "installer" que acompanhou o donwload não funcionou, posteriomente tentei com a instalação manual, copiando os arquivos e mais o arquivo MIDI para a minha pasta no diretório C : "ProgramData" e também não deu certo, retorna a mesma mensagem relatada nos post anteriores de que tem que fazer atualização da biblioteca, infelizmente desisti, esgotaram meus poucos conhecimentos de instalação e os tutoriais que busquei na internet todos mostram os caaminhos que segui.
