After installing them all only a handful of plugins are functional. For some reason most of the VST3 files are incomplete and only 1 KB. I've tried Uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck, any advice?

I used to produce with music in omnisphere 3, after close and reopen my FLP Project again this omnisphere 3 vst start with initial presets. it is not saved my old preset setting. so please kindly help me

I think you're suppose to:

Close Premiere Pro
DISABLE Antivirus program
Run the wintrust.cmd as ADMINISTRATOR
THEN reboot your PC
