for those getting 'incorrect host id', you can try this:

manually add the host id by editing the .dat file through Notepad or some other editor. Locate this string: HOSTID=PTC_HOSTID=(YOUR HOST ID) SN=....

simply find and replace the string above with a new string containing your actual host id.

If you can't open omnisphere in your daw after locate to steam, follow steps;

1. Right click to "Omnisphere Shortcut"

2. Go to "plug-ins>64bit>Omnisphere.vst3>Contents>86x64-win Folders"

3. Copy "Omnisphere.vst3" file

4. Go to "Program Files>Common Files>VST3"

5. Paste the "Omnisphere.vst3" file and "Yes to All"

6. Restart your daw

You don't need to install Omni 2 before installing Omni 3. Extract all six libraries parts into ONE FOLDER, then open the Omni 3 in standalone mode. It will then prompt you to specify where the libraries are saved on your computer.

Do the following steps:

1) Copy ALL the 6 zipped library files into an external drive folder named Omnisphere 3 Library (you name it)

2) Unzip all six libraries in this folder

3) Open Standalone

4) Link

5) Open as plugin in your DAW

Anyways that's beside the point I need to learn how load third party libraries into Kontakt Player. I'm currently using the free one but Im aware that some libraries only work on the full version - CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE- THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

HEY what i did was drag the AU AND VST3 folder to my destop to make things easy 

open AU copy the Mic Mod.component

at the top of u mac pc click go-click computer then open ur hardrive what ever you named it 

then drag the mic mod.componet into  Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components

step 2  open up vst3  copy the Mic Mod.vst3   then pase it in Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST3

done

Followed the steps, addtionally i renames the omnisphere file in STEAM into omnisphere
2(even though i HIGHLY doubt it did anything), opened the VST 3 inside FL STUDIO 20 and
works perfectly
