After a lot of digging the only fix to the no sound issue i've found is instead of just dumping the source folders, or leaving Sources Pt 1 2 or 3 as is and placing them into the Sources folder where all 3 are supposed to be, you have to put all the folders INSIDE of sources 1 2 and 3 and into the Sources folder, or for example instead of just placing Sources Pt 1 into Sources, you have to take a preset like E Piano - Virgo, and put that into the sources folder, along with all the others presets.

from
C:\Program Files\EaseUS\EaseUS Partition Master\bin
to
C:\Program Files\EaseUS\EaseUS Partition Master

This one small error in the text file cost me several hours, but all's well that ends well.
