Please make sure you are opening the correct installer file inside the DMG.

Inside:
SoundToys.TDM.VST.RTAS.AU.v4.0.2.OSX.INTEL-XVX.dmg

You should see:

SoundToys TDM v4.0.2.mpkg

✦ Double click:
SoundToys TDM v4.0.2.mpkg

✦ Continue the installation normally.

✦ Important:
Do not move any files out of the DMG.

✦ If the installer says files are missing:
• Move the DMG file to Desktop
• Remount the DMG
• Run the .mpkg installer directly from the mounted DMG

✦ If macOS blocks the installer:
Go to:
System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway

✦ After installation, open Terminal and run:

sudo xattr -cr /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins

✦ Restart your DAW and rescan plugins.

✦ For M1/M2/M3 Macs:
Run your DAW using Rosetta mode.

This is an old Intel version of SoundToys, so compatibility issues can happen on newer macOS versions.
