My installation of PS 2024 was working fine on my Mac BUT now it abruptly closes within 30 seconds or so, after the "NOT GENUINE" pop-up alert from ADOBE displays on the screen.

Instructions to fix black screen error in Auto Tune Pro software:

First go to the path:

C:\Users\"User name"\AppData\Roaming\Antares

Open the Auto-Tune Pro.xml file with Notepad

Edit line:

OpenGLPref_ID="1" StereoRefPref_ID="0" MIDIInputChannelPref_ID="0"

Edit to:

OpenGLPref_ID="0" StereoRefPref_ID="0" MIDIInputChannelPref_ID="0"

Then save and go back to Autotune Pro
