I use am m4 Mac. the pkg file isn't running even after I verify it manually and "open it anyway" in the settings.

JUst download rufus , and format boot then plugin restart machine, use boot key and boot from that, then follow the prompt, select upgrade

I don't have any win defender active but doesn't open zip folder
