Hey so if you're stuck on the plugins asking for the folder locations, put the folders in "C:/users/public/documents/korg" and then run the keygen in the RET folder after you put the folders in the public document location and it will work. I just figured it out after messing around for a while.

The error is caused by the file path being too long. I Resolved this by moving the file to C: drive, and renaming the root folder to Pr, and the file path of the installer was "C:\Pr\Setup Cubase 15".
