Keygen works great, but then when you go to start it, it immediately wants you to sign in. No good. Doesn't work. Never did.

Not possible man you either have to run Windows on your Mac through Bootcamp or learn how to use Logic, I had to learn how to use Logic cause it's similar, Cakewalk is still my fav but got tired of waiting, another tip try finding the same set of plugins you use on Cakewalk (Windows) to use them on Logic (Mac) it will make the transition easier
