I Successfully Found the Solution: It Turns Out the Installation Was Missing TEAM.R2R.INM810.inMusic.Activator.v1.1.0-R2R

Install R2R Root Certificate

Run the R2R Root Certificate file.

When the wizard window appears, select Local Machine > Place all certificates in the following store > choose the Trusted Root Certification Authorities folder.

Test the Certificate

Run the Test R2R Root Certificate file/tool to ensure the certificate is properly installed on the system.

Install R2R System

Run the R2R System v1.3.1 installer until the process is complete.

Install the Activator

Run the TEAM.R2R.INM810.inMusic.Activator.v1.1.0-R2R installer.

WitchConfig Registration

True what someone else is saying, just download the roland cloud manager , create your account, open the program and then the daw and youll se the plugins as installed. if any plugin is missing you can still check in the roland cloud manager, I downloaded the boss pedals from there and I didnt even expect to find them. Thanks a lot
